No-Show Policy
If the customer does not arrive at the scheduled pick-up time and does not inform us in advance, the reservation may be considered a no-show, and the booking may be cancelled without refund.
Refund Processing
Eligible refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
Reservation Modifications
Customers may request changes to their reservation, such as pick-up time, vehicle category, or rental duration, subject to vehicle availability.
Special Vehicles
For luxury and prestige vehicles, including models such as the Lamborghini Urus or Bentley Bentayga, special cancellation conditions may apply due to limited availability.
